Franchise Acquisition & Expansion- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners in targeted regions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Conduct market research to explore expansion opportunities.
Lead Generation & Conversion- Generate qualified leads through networking, digital campaigns, and channel partners.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and conversion ratios.
- Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and negotiations.
Franchise Relationship & Growth- Ensure new franchises are successfully launched and supported.
- Drive revenue growth for franchise centers through business development strategies.
- Monitor franchise performance and resolve business-related issues.
Brand & Compliance- Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and report compliance status to management.
- Protect organization's reputation and franchisee satisfaction.
Marketing Collaboration- Work with marketing teams to run promotional activities for lead generation.
- Support local marketing initiatives for franchise centers.
Financial Responsibilities- Track payments, franchise fees, royalty collections, and renewals.
- Maintain profitability for each new franchise signed.
Reporting & Documentation- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales funnel and closure timelines.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards and business forecasts.
Team & Training- Guide and coordinate with tele-calling/executive teams for lead nurturing.
- Provide business training and onboarding support to new franchisees.
