Role Overvie

wWe are looking for a seasoned and strategic Manager – Sales to lead government engagement and drive business growth by selling data analytics, financial forensic or GST Solutions to the Income Tax Department and allied government bodies. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of government procurement processes, tax enforcement objectives, and data-driven governance

.
Key Responsibilities

:

  • Drive sales of data analytics and forensic or GST solutions to central and state Income Tax authorities, Enforcement Directorate, and related government department
  • s.Build and execute a strategic sales plan focused on public sector procurement and digital governance initiative
  • s.Identify business opportunities in areas such as financial fraud detection, tax evasion analytics, PAN-Aadhaar linkage analysis, and shell entity detectio
  • n.Engage with senior officials (Commissioners, Directors, Policy Makers) to position the value proposition of advanced analytic
  • s.Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to customize solutions aligned with government needs and compliance framework
  • s.Respond to RFPs, tenders, and empanelment opportunities; drive pre-sales activities including PoCs and technical presentation
  • s.Build long-term relationships with key government stakeholders and ecosystem partners (SI vendors, consultants, etc.
  • ).Lead a team of public sector sales professionals, ensuring performance against quarterly and annual target

. Required Skills and Qualification

  • s:
    3+ years of experience in B2G (Business-to-Government), with at least 2 years in selling forensics or GST solutions to central/state government departments, preferably Income Tax or Law enforcement agenci
  • es.Proven track record in selling data analytics, fraud detection, or forensic financial software solutio
  • ns.Deep knowledge of government procurement cycles, budgeting, and regulatory framewor
  • ks.Strong network across key government institutions including CBDT, ED, MoF, e
  • tc.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skil
  • ls.Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, legal, delivery, financ
  • e).CA/MBA/Engineering background preferred; prior experience in GovTech, RegTech, or TaxTech is a strong advanta
