Job Title : Growth & Revenue Manager – 123Greetings Pro App

Department : Sales & Business Growth

Location : Kolkata

Employment Type : Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, strategic, and commercially focused professional to lead the growth and monetization of the Pro version of the 123Greetings app. This role will be responsible for increasing Pro subscriptions, driving user engagement, improving customer retention, building monetization strategies, and maximizing overall revenue generation.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital sales, subscription-based products, mobile app monetization, customer psychology, marketing funnels, performance analytics, and GDPR/data privacy compliance. The individual should also be capable of creating and executing innovative sales strategies that convert free users into paying Pro subscribers.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, business development expertise, analytical capability, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth & Monetization Strategy

* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of the Pro version of the app.

* Identify revenue growth opportunities through subscriptions, partnerships, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and premium offerings.

* Build pricing strategies and optimize subscription plans to improve conversions and customer lifetime value.

* Analyze user behavior to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

* Create quarterly and annual revenue growth plans with measurable KPIs.

* Drive in-app purchase optimization and subscription renewal strategies.

* Increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) and reduce churn rates.

2. Sales & Conversion Optimization

* Design and execute campaigns that convert free users into paid Pro subscribers.

* Develop compelling sales funnels across app, email, push notifications, website, and social media.

* Work on user acquisition strategies through:

* Paid campaigns

* Affiliate partnerships

* Referral programs

* Influencer collaborations

* Email marketing

* Retargeting campaigns

* Improve onboarding journeys to increase Pro subscription adoption.

* Implement A/B testing strategies for:

* Landing pages

* Subscription pages

* App store listings

* Promotional banners

* CTA placements

* Create persuasive messaging highlighting the benefits of the Pro version.

3. Marketing & User Engagement

* Plan and execute seasonal campaigns around:

* Birthdays

* Festivals

* Holidays

* Anniversaries

* Corporate greetings

* Special occasions

* Collaborate with the content and creative teams to create engaging promotional materials.

* Develop customer engagement programs to improve retention and repeat usage.

* Build lifecycle marketing campaigns to re-engage inactive users.

* Improve app visibility and conversion rates through App Store Optimization (ASO).

* Monitor customer feedback and market trends to improve positioning.

4. Business Analytics & Performance Tracking

* Monitor subscription metrics, revenue performance, user acquisition costs, and retention analytics.

* Generate weekly and monthly business performance reports.

* Use tools such as:

* Google Analytics

* Firebase

* Mixpanel

* Appsflyer

* Tableau

* Excel

* CRM platforms

* Track KPIs including:

* Conversion Rate

* CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

* ROI

* MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)

* Churn Rate

* Retention Rate

* LTV (Lifetime Value)

* Make data-driven recommendations to improve revenue and profitability.

5. Partnership & Business Development

* Identify strategic brand collaborations and partnership opportunities.

* Build alliances with corporate clients for bulk greeting solutions and premium gifting campaigns.

* Explore B2B opportunities for employee engagement greetings and festive campaigns.

* Negotiate partnership agreements and promotional tie-ups.

6. GDPR & Data Privacy Compliance

* Ensure all marketing, user acquisition, email campaigns, and customer data handling processes comply with GDPR regulations.

* Maintain compliance in:

* Consent management

* User data collection

* Email communication

* Push notification permissions

* Cookie policies

* User data storage

* Work closely with legal and technical teams to ensure privacy standards are maintained.

* Stay updated on global privacy regulations and digital compliance requirements.

* Ensure ethical and compliant customer targeting practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.

* MBA or relevant certifications in Growth Marketing or Product Marketing preferred.

Experience

* 2-4 years of experience in:

* App monetization

* Subscription sales

* SaaS sales

* Digital product growth

* Mobile app marketing

* Revenue operations

* Experience handling subscription-based business models is highly preferred.

* Prior experience with consumer apps or digital platforms is a strong advantage.
