Job Description

Job Summary:

The Asst. Sales Manager for Nylon Industrial Yarn will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by aligning with budgeted volumes and ensuring maximum utilization of production facilities. This position oversees the planning and execution of sales strategies for both low and high-denier yarns, while also focusing on brand development in export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute sales strategies for low and high-denier yarns to meet budgeted targets.
  • Develop the export market for various nylon industrial yarn products to enhance profitability.
  • Analyze raw material movements and competitor activity to set pricing strategies that maximize margins.
  • Conduct import data analysis to inform sales decisions and inventory management.
  • Implement promotional activities to cultivate and strengthen brand image in the market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage accounts receivable by setting customer-wise credit limits and minimizing overdue accounts.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the textile or industrial yarn industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with credit management and receivables processes in a sales context.
