ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
Key responsibilities | Drive business growth through listing of correct identification, promotion planning and activations basis primary data analysis of the identified market territory Designing suitable strategy to ensure market growth for retail sales with small to medium traders and retailers Develop a prioritized target customer list in the concentrated market and focus sales effort to penetrate and grow the target customers Planning and coordinating targets along with the sales team Coordination with Operations and Commercial teams for effective service delivery. To review regularly and monitor daily weekly and monthly activity reports and suggest appropriate actions to achieve sales target Planning Sales promotional activities for awareness, faster off-takes for building brand image vis-Ã -vis new and existing products. Evaluating and analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities planned. Increase the retail sales by penetrating across all customer target groups Analyze competition actions to spot market trends and formulate or alter sales direction strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES |
| MBA, with or without engineering background, with deep understanding of Retail Sales Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in retail sales Good communication skills backed by strong listening skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with/coach senior leadership. Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement. Ability to work across the business to implement and execute change. Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries. Strong networker, influencer, and team player.
