Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Industrial Flooring, based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sales strategies, presenting tailored solutions to potential clients, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation. The role also involves diligently tracking market trends and identifying opportunities to expand market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales expertise, including business development and account management skills
  • Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of industrial flooring products, installation processes, and market trends is desirable
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals
  • Analytical skills to assess market opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure in a competitive environment
  • Relevant experience in the construction, industrial, or flooring sector is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
