Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager-Industrial Automation, located in Vadodara. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building relationships with clients. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting market research, presenting and demonstrating products, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Automation, Instrumentation, and HVAC industry
  • Skills in Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Market Analysis
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering customer solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Vadodara
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently, manage a team, and handle multiple projects
  • Technical knowledge of PLC/DCS systems and instrumentation is a plus
