Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Branch Sales Manager in Industrial Automation. The Branch Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, nurture client relationships, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets for automation and instrumentation products, identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, managing the sales team, and staying updated with industry trends. The role requires effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements and expectations.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales Leadership, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
  • Expertise in Automation Systems (PLC/DCS), Instrumentation, and HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of Market Analysis, Opportunity Identification, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Team Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant field (MBA is a plus)
  • Experience in the industrial automation sector and familiarity with industry trends
  • Ability to achieve targets, solve problems, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
