Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, OH. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving the expansion of Glopack Industries disposal item product line. This role will include monitoring market trends, leading a sales team, preparing sales forecasts, and ensuring that targets are met or exceeded. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team to design campaigns, negotiating contracts, and providing product training to clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy Development, Market Analysis, and Business Development
- Strong skills in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiations
- Knowledge of Sustainable Packaging Products and trends in the packaging industry
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Sales Analytics, and Reporting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role within the packaging industry is a plus
