Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the racking and storage industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of the market and a commitment to achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth. You will be responsible for managing key accounts and leading the sales operations team.
  • Market & Product Knowledge: Conduct thorough Market Analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. You must possess in-depth Product Knowledge of our racking and storage solutions to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong Client relationships. You will be responsible for preparing compelling Proposals & Quotations and providing exceptional Customer Support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Travel: Demonstrate a willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and expand our market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong background in the racking or storage industry is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Experience with market analysis, proposal preparation, and customer support.
