Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with 48 years of experience in the wastewater or water treatment industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors
- Generate leads and convert them into sales for STP, ETP, and WTP projects
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions
- Prepare proposals, techno-commercial offers, and tender documentation
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth project execution
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Participate in industry exhibitions, networking events, and site visits
Required Skills & Qualifications- MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred
- 48 years of experience in Sales within Waste Water / Water Treatment industry
- Strong knowledge of STP, ETP, and WTP systems
- Experience in project sales and tendering processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions independently
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
