Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager for an on-site position in Kota. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. This role will also include creating and managing sales forecasts, leading negotiations, and collaborating across teams to ensure consistent guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including client relationship management and negotiation
- Experience in hospitality sales or a similar field, with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze market trends, execute strategies, and adapt to changing business priorities
- Leadership and team management capabilities to mentor and collaborate with other departments
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software to manage client interactions and sales data
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry is a plus
