Job Description
We are looking for a performance-driven Hospitality Sales Manager to expand the presence of King Koil premium mattresses across star hotels and resort properties in Kerala.
The candidate must have strong exposure to institutional and project-based sales within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop business with 3-star to 5-star hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups.
Meet General Managers, Purchase Managers, and Project Heads.
Generate new enquiries and convert projects into confirmed orders.
Coordinate product trials and technical presentations.
Handle rate negotiations and close large-volume orders.
Maintain long-term relationships with hotel chains
Track competitor activity in the hospitality mattress segment.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Candidate Profile:
48 years of experience in Hospitality / Institutional / Project Sales.
Background in mattress, furniture, hotel supplies, flooring, sanitaryware, or related segments
Strong contacts in Kerala hospitality industry preferred.
Fluent in Malayalam and English.
Willing to travel across Kerala.
