Sales Manager - Hospitality

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Sales Manager in the Hospitality Division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, building and nurturing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the hospitality sector. Additional responsibilities include overseeing sales performance, generating leads, attending industry events or trade shows, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to align business objectives.

• Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client management, and achieving sales targets
• Experience with market research, analysis, and formulating sales plans in the hospitality industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and team members
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Previous experience or knowledge in hospitality sales is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Flexibility to travel and attend industry events as required
