Position: Sales Manager/ Senior Sales Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai, Andheri, Lower Parel, Mumbai

Salary: Best in Industry

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance-Based Quarterly Increment

Key Responsibilities

• Handle pre-generated leads received through our digital marketing platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, developers and end-customers.
• Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
• Provide professional consultation on market conditions, property prices and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate with clients and developers to facilitate successful closures.
• Convert prospective customers into property buyers by recommending suitable projects.
• Conduct comparative market analysis to assess property values.
• Coordinate with the internal CRM team to ensure smooth and efficient after-sales service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong passion for Sales and Business Development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Experience in handling HNI or premium customers will be an added advantage.
• Confident, presentable and customer-focused personality.
• Positive attitude with the ability to take on new challenges.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and property site visits.
• Candidate must own a bike or car with a valid driving licence and required vehicle documents.
• Candidates from Real Estate, BFSI, Automobile, Luxury Retail, Hospitality or other sales backgrounds are welcome.
