Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing strategies to achieve targets. Tasks include building relationships with clients, managing a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable insights to improve the sales process. The role also involves guiding and supporting team members to achieve individual and collective objectives, contributing to the department's overall success.

- Strong skills in Team Leadership, Communication, and Stakeholder Engagement
- Analytical skills for Market Research and Data Analysis
- Proficiency in CRM Tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector is advantageous
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
