Job Description – Stack Parking Sales Executive

Position: Stack Parking Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai / Pune

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Stack Parking Sales Executive responsible for generating sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting stack parking solutions to residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for stack parking systems.
  • Meet builders, architects, consultants, developers, societies, facility managers, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with the design and engineering team for solution development.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial equipment, parking systems, elevators, construction products, or capital equipment sales.
  • Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain solutions to customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven approach.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • New lead generation.
  • Number of client meetings and site visits.
  • Proposal conversion ratio.
  • Revenue generated.
  • Collection efficiency.
  • Achievement of assigned sales targets.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Target Achievement: As assigned by management and reviewed quarterly. Regular maintenance of sales data and reporting is mandatory.
