Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The role includes managing a sales team, monitoring performance metrics, preparing detailed sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to align strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will also ensure strong customer service and satisfaction through tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and evaluate performance metrics
- Strong leadership skills, team management, and motivational capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of the nutrition and health industry or related sectors is preferred
- Ability to work in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and UP and demonstrate a customer-first approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
