Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end sales strategy and execution.
  • Manage and scale inside sales team and renewal processes.
  • Oversee RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and coordinate with the bidding team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Track KPIs, forecast sales pipelines, and report to leadership.

Requirements:

  • 56 years of experience in sales roles within IT startups. preferably in OEMs.
  • Strong understanding of tech solutions and B2B Sales.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
