Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client requirements are effectively met. The role also involves preparing sales reports and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in market analysis and sales strategy development
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in corporate procurement or branding solutions is a plus
