The ASM will manage a team of Design Consultants, drive sales targets, and ensure strong funnel conversion from leads to closures. Responsibilities include team coaching, daily performance tracking, improving conversion rates, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The role requires ownership of revenue targets, managing pipeline health, and coordinating with operations for seamless order execution.
