Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Manager position drives B2B jewelry sales across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana from Hyderabad. Key duties include achieving sales targets, nurturing client relationships, spotting expansion opportunities, managing accounts, optimizing sales operations, crafting market-driven strategies, analyzing trends, and coaching teams for peak performance.

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in gems & jewelry trends, B2B practices, and regional customer needs in AP/Telangana.
  • Proven sales track record with strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
  • Experience leading teams, setting targets, motivating staff, and conducting market research/data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; thrives in fast-paced settings under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 4-5 Years prior gems/jewelry B2B sales experience, plus local networks .
