Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales Manager. The role involves managing end-to-end sales processes for projects, collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to develop and deliver tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include overseeing project execution, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timeliness, and maintaining high service quality standards to achieve customer satisfaction and organizational goals.

  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and deliver on company sales plans.
  • Develop a healthy project pipeline and track opportunities across architects, planners, fabricators, GCs, and end-users.
  • Key account management. Mapping and realizing the potential of defined accounts
  • Representing Fundermax at company events
  • Lead management.
  • Sales management, converting sales orders in pipeline by giving presentation to end clients, builders, fabricators.
  • Payment collection
  • Techno commercial role. Ensuring technical compliance at sites.
  • CRM and MIS reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
