Job Description
- Drive corporate and direct sales to achieve annual revenue and business targets.
- Strong understanding of the silver manufacturing and premium gifting ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, HNIs, institutions, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base across corporate and institutional segments.
- Present and pitch premium silver collections, customised products, and corporate gifting solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable product and gifting solutions.
- Gather and communicate client feedback to product development and merchandising teams for range enhancement and innovation.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and competition mapping to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline, including lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, closures, and account development.
- Prepare and maintain sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance updates to track progress against targets.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility and generate business leads.
- Work closely with manufacturing, product, design, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
- Ensure all sales and client-facing activities are aligned with the company's brand values, quality standards, and customer experience expectations.
- Travel within Delhi and across India only when there is a confirmed business opportunity, client meeting, exhibition, or other relevant engagement.
