Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role for hotel pal heights in jaydev vihar in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute strategies to boost revenues for the hotel, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, formulating and managing sales campaigns, negotiating contracts, creating marketing strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves regular communication and collaboration with operational teams to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategies, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
- Experience in Hospitality Operations, Event Planning, and Hotel Management
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Revenue Management, and Business Development
- Strong Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skills
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and CRM software
