Sales Manager

About the Role

Flow Interio is looking for a Sales Manager who understands home interior sales and enjoys working directly with customers. If you have experience selling modular kitchens, wardrobes, complete home interiors, or similar home solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting interior solutions, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into successful projects.

What You'll Do

• Handle customer enquiries and manage the complete sales process from lead to closure.
• Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences.
• Present and explain solutions for modular kitchens, wardrobes and complete home interiors.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits when required.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the Design and Project teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Maintain regular updates on leads and sales pipeline.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
• Generate referrals and explore new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in interior/home improvement sales.
• Good knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes and home interior solutions.
• Strong customer handling and communication skills.
• Good negotiation and closing abilities.
• Experience in lead follow-up and conversion.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Professional and confident when interacting with customers.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with designers and project teams.
