Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Delhi, OH. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing sales strategies, overseeing transactions, leading and motivating the sales team, and providing market analysis and insights to optimize sales performance. The role also involves ensuring client satisfaction from initial consultation through final transaction completion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of real estate markets, market trends, and property transactions, including residential and commercial sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team towards achieving targets
  • Strong analytical skills for market analysis and sales planning
  • Familiarity with customer management software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry and knowledge of RERA compliance are advantageous
