About the Role
We are looking for aSales Managerto drivenew business acquisition and revenue growth. This role will focus on identifying potential clients, pitching Paywizes fintech solutions, andclosing deals. You will work closely with theBusiness DevelopmentandMarketing teamsto convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients acrossfintech, BFSI, startups, and enterprises.
- Pitch Paywize products (Payout Suite, Collection Suite, APIs, Connected Banking).
- Manage thesales pipelinefrom lead to closure using CRM tools.
- Conductproduct demos and presentationsfor clients.
- Negotiate commercials and close contracts within defined timelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterlyrevenue & client acquisition targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships for upselling and renewals.
- Work with BD & Marketing to executeGTM campaignsand sales strategies.
Requirements
- 35 years ofB2B sales experience(fintech, SaaS, or BFSI preferred).
- Proven track record ofachieving sales targetsand closing enterprise deals.
- Strong understanding ofdigital payments, UPI, payouts, collections, APIs.
- Excellentcommunication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in afast-paced, high-growth fintech startup environment.
- Familiarity withCRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)is a plus.
