Description

The Franchise Manager will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, developing new franchise locations, onboarding franchisees, ensuring operational compliance, and driving business growth through the franchise network. The role requires excellent business development, relationship management, and operational coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Franchise Development

  • Identify and acquire new franchise partners across assigned territories.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and field visits.
  • Conduct franchise presentations and business opportunity discussions.
  • Evaluate franchise applications and perform due diligence.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate franchise agreements.

Franchise Onboarding

  • Coordinate documentation and agreement execution.
  • Assist franchisees with office setup and operational readiness.
  • Conduct induction and business orientation programs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding.

Business Growth

  • Drive monthly business targets through franchise partners.
  • Develop territory expansion strategies.
  • Monitor franchise performance and recommend improvement plans.
  • Support franchisees in customer acquisition and lead generation.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication with franchise partners.
  • Resolve operational and business-related issues.
  • Conduct periodic business review meetings.
  • Ensure high franchise satisfaction and retention.

Training & Support

  • Provide product and process training.
  • Educate franchise teams on company policies, CRM, and compliance.
  • Conduct refresher training sessions whenever required.

Compliance & Operations

  • Ensure franchisees adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor documentation quality and operational compliance.
  • Conduct regular franchise audits.
  • Ensure timely submission of MIS and business reports.

Coordination

  • Liaise with Sales, Operations, Credit, HR, and Accounts teams.
  • Coordinate product launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth communication between franchisees and head office.

Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
  • Track KPIs including:
  • Franchise acquisition
  • Business volume
  • Revenue generation
  • Active franchise ratio
  • Conversion rates
  • Customer satisfaction
