Roles and Responsibilities

Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective team handling.
Oversee BSM (Banking Services Manager) activities, including CASA (Current Account Savings Account) management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of retail liabilities management.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field.
Strong understanding of BSM, CASA, Retail Liabilities, and Team Handling skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
