JOB OPENING – SALES MANAGER (FINLE)

Location: Indore (Travel Across Madhya Pradesh)

Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 (Based on Experience)

Industry Preference: EV Vehicle Finance / NBFC / Loan Sales

Job Overview

Finle is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager whose primary responsibility will be dealer onboarding and business generation across Madhya Pradesh. This is a field-intensive role requiring extensive travel, strong relationship skills, and data discipline.

Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Onboarding & Business Development
  • Onboard new dealers as per financer/NBFC policy guidelines
  • Travel across Madhya Pradesh for dealer acquisition
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers
Dealer Business Growth
  • Ensure increased file logins from existing dealers
  • Prepare monthly dealer performance improvement plans
  • (Example: If a dealer logged 5 files last month, you must plan and commit the expected target for next month)
Planning & Reporting
  • Share weekly travel plans with management
  • Provide monthly projections including:
  • New dealer onboarding targets
  • Expected file logins
  • Business growth strategy
Data & MIS Management
  • Maintain and update dealer data in Excel (Mandatory Skill)
  • Upload daily activity and sales trackers regularly
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting discipline
Travel & Field Requirements
  • Extensive travel across Madhya Pradesh required
  • Candidate must arrange travel bookings independently and claim reimbursements as per company policy
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory for local visits
Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales/finance field
  • Preference will be given to candidates with EV finance/NBFC experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Excel is compulsory
Training & Performance Terms
  • First 7 days will be a learning & evaluation period
  • Final confirmation after training completion
  • Job is target-based and KPIs must be compulsorily achieved
  • Incentives will be decided based on performance after 1–2 months
