Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager with 4-8 years of experience in event management or media sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry knowledge and established networks to drive revenue growth, build lasting client relationships, and position FilmBaker as the go-to partner for video production services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Corporate, Retail and Government space in the defined territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Marketing Heads, Brand Heads, and agencies, across verticals in the defined territories
- Present and sell Filmbaker's comprehensive video production services, including event coverage, corporate videos, promotional content, and live streaming solutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct client consultations to understand their objectives and recommend tailored video solutions
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and cost estimates that align with client budgets and expectations
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and forecasts in CRM systems
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote FilmBaker's services
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in video production
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 4-8 years of proven sales experience in event management, media sales, or related industries
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Established network within the corporate, retail, government, event management and media sectors
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of AdEx, client marketing plans and seasonality offerings of the client
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
