Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and manage B2B & B2C sales leads
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare quotations, coordinate order processing, and ensure smooth execution
- Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and support
- Represent the company professionally in meetings and events
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate (mandatory) any discipline
- Sales experience is mandatory (Field / Inside / Corporate / Channel Sales)
- Telecom or technical background NOT required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp
- Willingness to travel if required
