Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business revenue targets.
  • Manage, mentor, and support the sales team to improve productivity.
  • Identify potential markets and expand business opportunities.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to drive business alignment.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and sales pipeline hygiene.
  • Lead enterprise negotiations and ensure timely deal closures.
  • Monitor competitor activity and refine sales approaches.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales.
  • Team leadership experience with strong people management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to convert insights into strategy.
  • Strong understanding of regional markets and customer behavior.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
  • Experience working in SaaS, logistics, technology, or manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in handling enterprise accounts.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding quarterly revenue goals.
