Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business revenue targets.

- Maintain CRM accuracy and sales pipeline hygiene.
- Lead enterprise negotiations and ensure timely deal closures.

Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales.
- Team leadership experience with strong people management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to convert insights into strategy.
- Strong understanding of regional markets and customer behavior.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
- Experience working in SaaS, logistics, technology, or manufacturing.
- Proven experience in handling enterprise accounts.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding quarterly revenue goals.
