Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager Executive with fieldwork experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build customer relationships, and a willingness to work on-site and visit clients regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to meet existing and potential customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features/benefits to clients.
- Maintain strong customer relations and handle queries or issues.
- Prepare daily field activity reports and share them with management.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and follow-ups.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in customer interaction and field sales.
- Basic technical understanding (preferably ITI/Diploma background).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.
