Qualifications: BSc, B Pharma,B Tech /BE (Chem),MBA would be an added advantage
Experience :
- Minimum 8-10 years B2B sales experience in selling Excipients to the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Selling of HPMC for formulations/ veg capsules application would be an added advantage
- Ideal Candidate will be self-starter and keen to break barriers.
- Result oriented with strong analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell company products - PAN India
- Develop & implement - effective sales strategies to promote company products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target and annual budget numbers
- Responsible for visiting Existing and potential prospective customers on a timely basis
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long term relationships with customers
- Responsible for generating & pursuing leads, assessing needs and offering products to fulfil customer needs
- Conduct market research including customers and competitor activities & providing market intelligence and insights on business opportunities
- Develop robust pipeline of prospects in line with annual budget and aggressive YOY growth plans Coordinate with internal stakeholders for order execution and resolving customer queries
- Submit timely reports including visit plans, visit reports and monthly reports
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers and keep outstanding in control
- Preparing Monthly and Quarterlyforecast, and ensure adequate inventory to meet sales numbers
- Represent IMKEMEX LIFESCIENCE in key industry exhibitions, meetings, conferences
