SUMMARY

NUTRACOM INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (A unit of Everest Group) is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support and accelerate our expansion in the nutraceutical and natural ingredients market. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who understands ingredient-based salesrelationship-focused, technically proficient, and strategically minded to drive long-term account growth.

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth within the nutraceutical, dietary supplement, and natural ingredients sectors
  • Develop and expand long-term client relationships through consultative and solution-based selling
  • Strengthen market presence and position the company as a preferred supplier of high-quality ingredients
  • Collaborate internally to ensure seamless execution from sourcing through delivery
  • Identify new business opportunities and growth areas aligned with company strategy

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts within the nutraceutical, food & beverage, dietary supplement, and pharmaceutical segments
  • Develop new customer relationships through targeted prospecting and networking
  • Present and sell ingredient solutions, actives, and raw materials based on customer needs
  • Work closely with sourcing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure product availability, competitive pricing, and timely execution
  • Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and maintain healthy margins
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and growth plans for assigned accounts and regions

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of sales experience in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, food & beverage ingredients, pharmaceuticals, or related industries
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, and customer development
  • Strong understanding of ingredient-based sales models and long sales cycles
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical, procurement, and commercial stakeholders
  • Experience selling ingredients, actives, or raw materials is a strong advantage
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across regions
