Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Faridabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include creating sales strategies, leading and mentoring the sales team, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Proven skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with experience in mentoring sales teams
- Strategic thinking, market research, and competitive analysis skills
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions

- Prior experience in the finance or NBFC sector is a plus
