Description

  1. Drive sales growth and market share in the assigned territory.
  2. Develop and manage distributor / dealer networks, surgeons, and hospital accounts.
  3. Build strong customer relationships with orthopedic surgeons, purchase managers, and healthcare providers.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and participate in conferences / CME programs.
  5. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market dynamics.
  6. Achieve sales targets, collections, and ensure profitability.
  7. Regular reporting of sales performance and market feedback to management.
