Job Description
The Deputy Manager for General Trade in the Domestic Business sector is tasked with spearheading primary and secondary sales through the formulation and execution of robust sales strategies across designated territories. This role demands a strategic thinker who can lead a nationwide sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets while fostering productive relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the domestic trade market, enabling them to adapt strategies to market nuances effectively. They will be responsible for negotiating and closing agreements with large customers, ensuring alignment with client needs through timely and effective solutions. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to suggest improvements, preparing comprehensive sales forecasts, and identifying new market opportunities. The Deputy Manager will collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Development departments to maintain brand consistency and stay informed about new product launches. A global mindset, strong business acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit are essential, along with excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Principal Accountabilities
