Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellence in customer service. Daily tasks include identifying business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, collaborating with design teams, and preparing sales documents. The Sales Manager will also play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple client accounts
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Knowledge of interior design, luxury real estate, or relevant markets is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
