Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager/CRM role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager/CRM will oversee the end-to-end customer relationship management process, identify new sales opportunities, and manage sales operations to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities also include developing and nurturing client relationships, analyzing sales trends, creating reports, and implementing strategies to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction. The role also entails collaborating across departments to ensure cohesive strategies and client success.
Qualifications
Drive primary residential property sales through channel partners and direct customer engagement in the assigned territory.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with real estate channel partners, brokers, and agents to ensure consistent lead flow and conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for unit bookings, revenue, and collections as set by the management.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and assist prospective buyers in understanding project features, pricing, payment plans, and possession timelines.
- Generate leads through channel partners, referrals, local activities, walk-ins, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with channel partners for property showcasing, customer visits, documentation support, and closure of deals.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding property specifications, floor plans, amenities, legal approvals, and financing options.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales operations, legal, finance, CRM) to ensure smooth booking, documentation, and customer onboarding process.
- Follow up with prospective customers, address queries and objections, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and close sales effectively.
- Assist customers in home loan processing by coordinating with banks and financial institutions for approvals and disbursements.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer database, and MIS reports in CRM; provide regular updates and forecasts to reporting manager.
