Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur for the role of Sales Manager - Credit Card. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving credit card sales by identifying, developing, and enhancing relationships with customers. Key duties include meeting sales targets, monitoring team performance, generating leads, coordinating with branches, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves hands-on mentorship and training for the sales team to boost productivity and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Customer Acquisition, and Business Development
  • Experience in Team Leadership, Performance Monitoring, and Motivational Training
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Customer Retention practices
  • Analytical abilities for Target Monitoring, Market Analysis, and generating actionable insights
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
  • Knowledge of financial products, particularly credit cards, is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment
