Primary Title: Sales Manager - Corporate Gifting (Remote)
About The Opportunity
A fast-growing player in the B2B Corporate Gifting & Employee Engagement sector, delivering curated gifting solutions, branded merchandise and employee-reward programs to enterprises across India. We operate via a technology-enabled remote sales model, partnering with logistics and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable gifting experiences for HR, Marketing and Procurement stakeholders.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by developing and executing targeted B2B sales strategies for corporate gifting across Indiaown the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and renewal.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate accounts; build trusted relationships with HR, Marketing and Procurement decision-makers.
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotes and commercial terms; negotiate contracts to achieve margin and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with operations, design and supply partners to ensure product quality, on-time delivery and program scalability.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, provide weekly forecasts and sales reports, and use data to refine outreach and pipeline prioritization.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; partner with marketing to design campaigns and corporate programs that increase customer lifetime value.

- Comfortable working autonomously with disciplined CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting and KPI-driven performance.
