Sales Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. The role includes developing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client retention.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and promotional solutions, including digital marketing and graphic design
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the creative industry and experience in working with marketing agencies or design services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Fluency in English and proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage
