Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand the company's client base and achieve revenue targets. Core responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, assessing market trends, and leading a team of sales professionals to deliver consistent results. The Sales Manager will represent Cognitute at industry events and collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in creating and executing sales strategies, business development, and lead generation
  • Strong relationship-building, client engagement, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of market analysis, competitor research, and customer segmentation
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and collaboration skills
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in consulting, technology, or digital transformation industries is advantageous
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
