Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include leading a sales team, preparing sales strategies, conducting market research, and reporting on sales performance. The role also involves monitoring market trends to identify growth opportunities, providing guidance to team members, and collaborating with other departments to drive business outcomes.

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding targets
  • Client relationship management and team leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategy planning
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and adapt to dynamic market conditions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus
