Growth & Client Partner

Experience: 6–9 Years

Department: Sales/Strategy / Growth / Client Success

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing sales professional with a strong hunter mindset to drive new business acquisition, expand market presence, and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Sales Management, project sales, client acquisition, maintaining PnL,and strategic account management within the Services, Staffing, Consulting, or Software Development industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across Services, Staffing, Consulting, and Technology sectors.
  • Develop and execute effective go-to-market and sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Engage with CXOs, Founders, HR Leaders, Procurement Heads, and Business Decision-Makers.
  • Understand client challenges and position relevant service offerings and solutions.
  • Establish long-term client relationships and drive account growth.
  • Manage contract negotiations, commercial discussions, and successful deal closures,B2B and B2C & Project Sales
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for both enterprise and individual customer segments.
  • Manage project-based sales opportunities from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and implement sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

  • 6–10 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Client Acquisition, or Project Sales.
  • Strong experience in Services, Staffing, Consulting, IT Services, Software Development, SaaS, or Workforce Solutions industries.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing complex B2B and B2C sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
