Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of B2B sales experience in specialty chemicals.

Exposure to coatings, inks, and/or adhesives raw materials.

Experience working in a chemical distribution environment is preferred.

Job Role Summary - responsible for driving sales and market expansion, of the entire range of our speciality chemicals for the CASE industry. The role involves managing key customer relationships, developing new customers and working closely with global principals, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure robust growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets for CASE industry.

Identify and develop new customers, applications, and market opportunities.

Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reviews.

Conduct regular customer visits to promote products, applications, and technical solutions.

Monitor market trends, competitive activities, pricing dynamics, and customer feedback.

Support introduction of new raw materials and technologies in the CASE industry.

Ensure compliance with supplier agreements, brand guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.

Coordinate customer samples, product approvals, and technical documentation.

Support resolution of customer issues related to quality, delivery, or documentation.

Participate in trade shows, customer seminars, and industry exhibitions.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills

Ability to understand and sell technical chemical products
