Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and occupancy for Shft-In's co-living spaces by identifying and engaging potential clients, providing property tours, and managing client communication. Other day-to-day tasks include negotiating contracts, maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless experience for residents from inquiry to move-in.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse client groups
  • Knowledge of market trends, market research, and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in customer service to ensure a positive client experience
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and inquiries simultaneously
  • Familiarity with co-living or real estate industries is a plus
  • Experience using CRM software or sales tools is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
