Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and occupancy for Shft-In's co-living spaces by identifying and engaging potential clients, providing property tours, and managing client communication. Other day-to-day tasks include negotiating contracts, maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless experience for residents from inquiry to move-in.
